Refund/exchange policy

At Rooi’ya, we’re committed to ensuring you have a pleasant shopping experience. Each piece is crafted with care, and every order goes through quality checks before dispatch. However, please note that refunds are not offered under any circumstances. We do allow exchanges only in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchange requests are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect (for example: stitching issues, embroidery faults, or receiving an incorrect article). The complaint must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Requests after 24 hours will not be entertained. The product must be: Unworn and unwashed Unaltered and unused Returned with original tags and packaging intact Free from stains, perfume, or wear marks All complimentary items (freebies) included in the parcel must also be returned. Exchange Will Not Be Accepted If The product shows any signs of wear or use. The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery. The issue is related to size or fitting — since all measurements are clearly mentioned in our Size Chart, please review it carefully before ordering.

Exchange Process

1. Contact us via Instagram DM or email within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
2. Share your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the defect.
3. Once verified, our team will share the return address and instructions.
4. The item must be shipped back within the timeline provided.
5. After inspection, we’ll issue an exchange of the same design (subject to stock availability) or another article as agreed.
Note: Return and reshipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where an incorrect item was delivered. Important Reminder: Please double-check your size using our Size Chart before ordering. We want you to receive the perfect fit, exchanges for size issues will not be entertained.
