Order Processing:

Every Rooi’ya piece is carefully prepared before dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During collection launches or high-demand periods, slight delays may occur due to increased order volume.

Domestic Shipping:

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Shipping charges calculated at checkout
Cash on Delivery available where applicable

Tracking Information;

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate.

Incorrect Address:

Kindly ensure your shipping details are accurate. Rooi’ya is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
